Designed and built a barcode-driven order management system for a print factory floor, modelling each order as a forward-only state machine across physical stations.
Laravel + Node.js, barcode scanning as the single source of truth, full transition audit log, and reporting that gave the floor real-time visibility into bottlenecks.
